STAYING POWER

The interesting parts of the story stick with me and the rest I usually don’t remember b

LEARNING ALONE & TOGETHER

When you learn  independently you learn how you usually learn and when you’re  learning collaboratively  you learn how the other people learn.

MY MEMORY OF READING

The thing that I remember was where we left of which was when John asked the bishop if he can stay at his place and the bishop kindly said yes.

LES MIS & THE FRENCH REVOLUTION

First connection is that the rich people treat the poor people bad just like in the French Revolution. Second connection people are didvided by how rich or poor they are.

LES MIS TODAY

First connection is people don’t trust other people so they leave their doors locked and. Today they still do the same. Second connection is they don’t trust criminals today they still do the same they look at you as bad guy even though you changed. Third connection their still laws that are the same as of today.

Les Misérables

My first impression of John is that he is a good man but people treat him badly .

SUCCESS

Success is the self satisfaction that comes that is the direct result of piece of mind of knowing that you have done your best to become the best you are capable of becoming.

GET TO KNOW ME

I think the reason why Victor Hugo is still talking about the characters so we can really see how their personality is and we can get a full understanding to the rest of the book.

CAN INTELLECTUAL OPPOSITES ATTRACT?

The most interstellar part of the conversation was when he told him that why is his son treated differently because of what his dad did before.

WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT

We are like 30 pages into the book and it’s still describing the Bishop. It’s also talking about how he leaves his house open and whoever comes in is a guest for him.

WHAT A CHARACTER

In  Les Misérables , Victor Hugo goes to great lengths to describe the character of M. Myriel.  He uses both direct and indirect characterization to help the reader get to know M. Myriel.  Here are some examples at the beginning of the book it shows how generous he is and it shows how he looks.

Les Misérables pg. 18-19 Summary

What we read was about what he does in his free time and what he writes about religions. He also visits the poor and if there’s no poor he visits the rich. He doesn’t eat breakfast until lunch.
